✍️ Why I Started This
One girl. A thousand stories. Every parent deserves to be believed.
I started O.L.I. Advocacy, LLC not as a business, but as a lifeline, the lifeline I needed and couldn’t find.
I’m a nurse. But I’m also a mom. A mom to a child with complex medical needs. A child who changed everything. A child who taught me the difference between clinical knowledge and lived survival.
I’ve stood in hospital hallways with a binder full of records no one had time to read. I’ve googled rare diagnoses at 2am, fought insurance denials, and learned to fight the medical system, just to make sure my daughter stayed alive.
And in all that time,I realized something.
Families like mine are falling through the cracks.
Not because the people working in healthcare don’t care. But because the system is overwhelming, understaffed, and not built for complexity.
So I built this.
O.L.I. Advocacy, LLC is my way of standing in that gap. Of saying:
“You don’t have to do this alone.”
Whether it’s reviewing records, preparing for appointments, or just helping you find the words to fight back, I’m here. I get it. I live it.
This isn’t a job for me.
It’s a calling. A promise. A way forward ,for you, for your child, and for every story still being written.
